Yes. No monthly fee. No per-artist fee. No setup fee. If you have a slow month, you pay nothing. Studio Haven earns a small platform fee when a client books with you, and the client pays that fee at checkout. Booking emails (confirmations, reminders, quotes, aftercare) stay included. Text reminders and email campaigns are optional paid add-ons you turn on only if you want them.

Every text has a real carrier fee, and bulk marketing emails cost us more as you grow. Solo add-ons are $10/month for text reminders, $10/month for email campaigns, or $15/month for both. Multi-artist studios can choose Studio Starter for $25/month (up to 3 artists) or Studio Standard for $45/month (up to 6 artists). Cancel anytime in billing settings.

Studio Starter supports up to 3 artists and Studio Standard supports up to 6. Every artist can view the studio calendar, while each person only edits their own schedule. Each plan includes a shared text + campaign pool.

A campaign is one message you write and send to many past clients at once, for example books open for March, a new flash drop, or a last-minute cancellation. That is different from automatic booking emails, which stay free. Campaigns respect marketing consent and include an unsubscribe link.

Yes. Add-ons are month-to-month Stripe subscriptions. Turn them on in Studio Center when you need them and cancel from the billing portal when you do not. No contract.

Straight into your own Stripe or Square account. Studio Haven never holds your money. You connect Stripe or Square in Settings and payouts arrive on that processor's normal schedule.

$2 per booking. It is a flat platform fee added at checkout. Standard card processing fees still apply on Stripe or Square's side, the same as any payment processor.

The $2 platform fee is added on top for the client to pay, so it is not taken from the deposit you set. Example with Stripe: you set a $50 deposit, the client pays $52 at checkout. The $2 goes to Studio Haven. Stripe then takes its processing fee on the charge (about $1.81 CAD on a $52 payment). You receive about $48.19. Square rates differ. You see the full breakdown for every booking in your dashboard.

No. If you can post a flash sheet on Instagram, you can use Studio Haven. The whole setup takes about ten minutes and a real human answers support emails.

Yes. Studio Haven supports CAD, USD, GBP and EUR. The finance tools handle GST, HST, VAT and US sales tax so you always know what to set aside.

Yes. Flip one switch. New clients see a waitlist form instead of your calendar. Existing bookings stay safe and your client records stay yours.

Yes. Every booking has a private client link your client can use to reschedule, send extra reference photos and read their aftercare.

Yes. Two-way sync with either one. Connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar in Settings. Confirmed bookings show up automatically, and busy blocks are pulled back so clients cannot double-book a time you are not free.

Each store can configure its own tax rates and registration number. The finance ledger tracks deposits, session value, fees, and tax owed, with exports ready when filing time hits.

Yes. Sleeves and large pieces are projects with linked sessions. Session 1 takes the deposit; later sessions skip the deposit, link to the parent project, and roll up to one project value in finance.

Each piece has its own quantity and booking state. Clients pick the piece they want; the rest stay available. When all pieces are booked, the sheet is marked sold out automatically.

Yes. Health answers and intake form responses are encrypted before they are saved, so they are not stored as plain text anyone could read. Only you can open them when you are signed into your account.

No. Clients book with just an email. They get a portal link to manage their booking, message you, upload references, and complete intake forms.

All three. Pick Direct (flash, slot, deposit, confirmed), Approval Required (paid, then tentative until you accept), or Inquiry First (contact, quote, deposit, confirmed).

Yes. Turn on Merch shop in Studio Center, list items with photos and prices, and print QR codes for your booth or counter. Clients pay on their phone and pick up in person. No shipping.

Yes. If you already own a domain, like inkbyjane.com, we can connect it to your Studio Haven booking page. Clients see your name in the browser, not studiohaven.net. Flash, deposits, contact, and merch all live on your page. Email officialstudiohaven@gmail.com and we walk you through setup. Your free Studio Haven link keeps working as backup.

Sign up free at studiohaven.net/register. Connect Stripe or Square, add your flash, publish slots, and share your booking link. Most artists are live in under an hour.

Sign in with Google uses your email and basic profile to create your artist account. Optional Google Calendar access lets Studio Haven list your calendars so you can pick one, sync confirmed bookings, and read free/busy so clients cannot double-book.
