About Studio Haven

Booking software for independent tattoo artists

Studio Haven is a web application operated at www.studiohaven.net. Artists use it to publish flash, collect Stripe or Square deposits, sync appointments to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, manage client records, send aftercare, and track tax-ready finances. Clients book through public studio pages without creating an account.

Who builds it

Built with care by Alex & Beth

Studio Haven started at our kitchen table. Beth is a tattoo artist with ADHD. The booking apps out there were built for salons, or they buried the work in tabs, DMs, and follow-ups. Alex is a software engineer. He built the system Beth wanted to use every day: one link, deposits that land in her account, and a calendar that stays in sync without her chasing anyone down. We opened it up so other independent artists can use it too.

How pricing works

How we use Google user data

  • Sign in with Google: we read your email and basic profile (name, avatar) to create and match your Studio Haven artist account. We do not access Gmail.
  • Google Calendar (optional): when you connect a calendar in Settings, we list your calendars so you can choose one, create/update/delete events only for Studio Haven bookings, and read free/busy on that calendar so clients see accurate availability. We do not read events from calendars you do not select.

Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data.
