Please review these policies before booking with Flux and Flow Tattoo.

Conditions

18+ only
Please do not consume alcohol or recreational drugs within 24 hours of your appointment.
Let me know if you will be bringing a guest ahead of time.
Please arrive well hydrated, freshly showered, and having eaten a meal within 2 hours of appointment time.

Your appointment time will not be secured without a $50 non-refundable booking fee. If you've booked flash, this will go towards your appointment total. For custom projects, the $50 deposit is the drawing fee and will not be taken off your final total.
If you need to reschedule due to sickness or extenuating circumstances, your booking fee is valid for only one date change.
You will be required to pay an additional fee if you request multiple significant changes to your art, or if you would like entirely new art from the originally confirmed piece.

Tattoos are priced per piece, not per hour.
Flash pieces typically range from $150-$350.
Please note: Requesting a small size does not mean your tattoo will be less expensive.
As in any service industry, tips are always appreciated!

At this time my books are open for both flash and customs.
All flash are repeatable (usually to around 3 times). Flash can have minor edits, or be purchased so it is no longer repeatable.
If you book a second tattoo in the same session, you will receive a discount on the second design.
I do not tattoo rib cages at this time.
I will not copy or use other artists' work for a custom without their permission. Please provide proof of purchase for any tattoo tickets.
I will not tattoo culturally appropriated material, imagery, or languages. I will also not tattoo any sexist, racist, or queerphobic material.

Wander + Whim is an appointment only studio located at 291 Wallace street in Nanaimo BC. It is VIHA approved, fully licensed and fully insured.
My availability varies each month, but I'm typically available to tattoo everyday except Tuesdays.

Your first touch up is free! Please let me know if your tattoo requires any touch ups once it's healed.
