How much does Studio Haven cost?

Studio Haven Pro is CA$15/month in Canada, or US$15/month in the United States and Europe. That covers booking, deposits, calendar sync, CRM, finance tools, text reminders, and email campaigns. Draft setup is free; billing starts when you go live, with a 14-day trial.
Where do my deposits go?

Straight into your own Stripe or Square account. Studio Haven never holds your money. You connect Stripe or Square in Settings and payouts arrive on that processor's normal schedule.
What fees come out of my payout?

On Pro, clients pay your deposit only. There is no Studio Haven percentage on deposits. Card processing still applies. Example with Stripe: you set a $50 deposit, the client pays $50, Stripe takes its processing fee, and the rest pays out to you. Square rates differ. Your dashboard shows the breakdown. A 10% platform cut on $2,000 in deposits is $200; Pro is a flat $15.
Can booking be deposit-first, inquiry-only, or approval required?

All three. Pick Direct (flash, slot, deposit, confirmed), Approval Required (paid, then tentative until you accept), or Inquiry First (contact, quote, deposit, confirmed).
Can I close my books when I need a break?

Yes. Flip one switch. New clients see a waitlist form instead of your calendar. Existing bookings stay safe and your client records stay yours.
What is a Flash Day?

A Flash Day is a one-date event: you batch designs, set timed slots, and open booking morning of a date you choose (or publish now). Clients pick a design, grab a slot, and pay a deposit. Slots update as they fill. Exact open-time scheduling is coming soon.
Can I track multi-session sleeves and projects?

Yes. Sleeves and large pieces are projects with linked sessions. Session 1 takes the deposit; later sessions skip the deposit, link to the parent project, and roll up to one project value in finance.
Do I need to be tech savvy?

No. If you can post a flash sheet on Instagram, you can use Studio Haven. The whole setup takes about ten minutes and a real human answers support emails.
Can I use my own website address for booking?

Yes. We connect domains you already own. You keep ownership. That puts SEO and branding on your name, not studiohaven.net. Example: inkbyjane.com points at your Studio Haven booking page, with flash, deposits, contact, and merch on your brand. Email officialstudiohaven@gmail.com and we walk you through setup. Your Studio Haven link keeps working as backup.
