1. General Policies

✽ Non-refundable deposits are collected for all bookings, excluding touch ups and consultations.

✽ Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late may result in a reschedule.

✽ For payment, cash or e-transfer are accepted.

✽ Please reschedule if you are ill.

2. Booking

✽ I am available for bookings Sundays-Wednesdays. If you need to request a different day, let me know and I will try my best to accommodate.

✽ Our studio is by appointment only unless otherwise specified (i.e. flash days)

✽ When submitting your booking requests, please refrain from using AI. Instead, I ask that you include your own doodles or sketches, inspiration photos of real subject matter, or other tattooos/artworks that inspired your request!

3. Studio Info

✽ Our studio can be found at 291 Wallace Street in the Old City Quarter of Nanaimo at Wander & Whim unless otherwise specified for a guest spot.

✽ Our studio is 18+, minors are not permitted.

✽ Our door can be accessed by a set of stairs on Wallace street or by walking up the level access “Gallery Row” on Fitzwilliam.

✽ The studio is smaller so please come to your appointment alone. Should you require a support pal, let me know so I can ensure we are able to accommodate.

✽ This is an eco friendly space! Almost all items used for your tattoo are biodegradable or recyclable.

4. Pricing

✽ Effective September 01, 2026 my hourly rate will increase to $180.

✽ I offer full day rates of $975 for 6 hours of tattooing or half days for $500.

✽ All of my pre-drawn designs are flat rated.

✽ I am always happy to split sessions up to make them more physically or financially attainable for larger scale projects!

5. Deposits

✽ Deposits are subtracted from the end total of your tattoo.

✽ A new deposit may be required to rebook should there be a reschedule/cancellation 48 hours prior to the booked appointment, being 20 minutes late without notice, no showing, cancelling more than three times consecutively, or should the art be changed from what was initially booked.

✽ Please do not send a higher deposit amount than requested unless discussed prior.

6. Touch Ups

✽ Your first touch up is free unless the touch up is required due to poor aftercare or negligence.

✽ Subsequent touch ups are subject to a non-refundable $45 supply fee.

✽ I welcome projects on placements such as hands, feet, or ears and the policies above still apply. But please note, these areas are prone to needing multiple touch ups.

7. Preparation

✽ Arrive being well rested, fed, and hydrated. You are more than welcome to bring snacks, drinks, headphones, pillows, etc. to help keep you comfy through the process.

✽ Please exfoliate and moisturize the area being tattooed at least a week prior to your booked appointment, this helps the tattoo application process and ultimately, makes for a better heal!

✽ Wear clothing you feel comfortable in that allows access to the area being tattooed.
