Cancellation policy

Deposits are non-refundable and are required within 24 hours of booking. Deposits are subtracted from the total unless the following occurs, in which case, the deposit is forfeit: * Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment time * 3+ reschedules * Fifteen plus minutes late without notice * No shows Please reschedule if you are ill, the deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date.
