Welcome to Studio Haven! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
4. Calendar Integration
Artists can connect either Google Calendar or Apple Calendar in Settings. Google Calendar uses Google OAuth. Apple Calendar uses your Apple ID and an app-specific password over CalDAV. By connecting a calendar, you grant Studio Haven permission to create and manage calendar events related specifically to your tattoo bookings, and to read busy times so clients see accurate availability. We do not read or store your personal emails or unrelated calendar events.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall StudioHaven be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
