1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Studio Haven ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Studio Haven provides a software platform for tattoo artists ("Artists") to manage bookings, inquiries, and deposits from clients ("Clients"). Studio Haven is a facilitator and is not a party to the actual tattoo service agreement between Artists and Clients.

3. User Accounts

Artists must register for an account to use the management features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Deposits

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Artists are responsible for their own Stripe account management. Studio Haven charges a platform fee for each successful deposit, which is disclosed at the time of transaction. All tattoo service fees beyond the initial deposit are handled directly between the Artist and the Client.

5. Google OAuth and Calendar Integration

The Platform uses Google OAuth to sync bookings with Artists' Google Calendars. By connecting your Google account, you grant Studio Haven permission to create and manage calendar events related specifically to your tattoo bookings. We do not read or store your personal emails or unrelated calendar events.

6. Limitation of Liability

Studio Haven is not liable for any disputes, injuries, or quality of work issues arising from the tattoo services provided by Artists. The Artist is solely responsible for their professional conduct and hygiene standards.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform.
