  • Artists: Name, email address, shop location, and Google OAuth tokens for calendar synchronization.
  • Clients: Name, email address, phone number, and tattoo inquiry details (including reference images).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

  • Facilitate the booking process between Artists and Clients.
  • Sync confirmed bookings with the Artist's Google Calendar.
  • Process payments and deposits via Stripe.
  • Send confirmation emails and appointment reminders.

3. Google User Data

Studio Haven's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access your Google Calendar to create, edit, or delete events related to your tattoo bookings on our platform.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Such as Stripe (payments) and Supabase (database/hosting).
  • Artists/Clients: Necessary contact details are shared between the two parties to complete a booking.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights
